DWI DEFENSE — FLAT FEE
$5,000
Covers the whole case: the ALR license hearing, the investigation, every motion, every court date, and trial if it comes to that. No hourly billing. No surprise invoices.
PAY IN FULL
$4,700
$300 off for taking care of it up front. That’s what most people do.
PAYMENT PLAN
$2,500 down
then $500 a month until it’s paid. Card or bank draft, on the schedule that matches your paycheck. Lower down payments are possible — ask.
What “everything included” means
✓ The ALR hearing — requested within one business day of hiring me. This is the fight for your license, and it’s inside the fee.
✓ Evidence and motions — the video, the breath or blood records, the warrant, the officer’s report, and the motions to suppress what was done wrong.
✓ Every court date — I’m the one who shows up. Not an associate, not “someone from the office.”
✓ Trial, if it comes to that — no separate trial fee. Most firms charge one. If a case should be tried, the fee doesn’t change the decision.
HOW THAT COMPARES
A DWI conviction in Texas costs about $14,455.* A DWI defense with me, everything included, is $5,000.
Harris County DWI fees run up to $10,000 at the high end — and many of those quotes don’t include the license hearing or trial.
Mine is one number, and it covers all of it. There’s a discount for paying in full and payment plans for everyone else.

Felony and enhanced charges are quoted after I’ve seen the case. Fees are for representation in Harris County and the surrounding counties. Payment plans on all of them.
